The castle was rebuilt in 1525 but dates back to 1031. It binds the architecture of the troubled times of the Middle Ages to the new lifestyle of the Renaissance. The imposing building was heavily defended by round towers which support a crown of battlements, a terrace for artillery, and blast walls with 3 floors of Renaissance windows. This bungalow complex welcomes guests in a lobby. A car park is available for those guests arriving by car.
